As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Nothing is shipped.

Most of our products are PDF files that open on any phone, tablet or computer. Some templates come in other formats. The exact format, length and file size are listed under File details on each product page.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. They can vary by country and by the payment provider active on our store.

Because files are delivered instantly, we usually can't accept returns for a change of mind. If a file is faulty, missing, not as described, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

Check your spam or promotions folder for the order email, and try opening the link in a different browser. If it still doesn't work, email us with your order number and we'll resend your files. Our Download Help page covers the most common fixes.

Your purchase is for your own use. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files isn't allowed unless the product says otherwise. Read the License and Usage Policy for details.
